B2B/Sales Force Automation
Our recently launched SalesLink application is a full-featured Sales Force Automation system designed as a sales and business-to-business communication tool for sales reps and dealers. It is fully integrated with Hooker Furniture's back office application. Some key interactive modules are Dealer Statistics, Order Entry, Order Status, Marketing/Advertising materials and Product Availability. The application also includes several important reports such as Open Orders, Invoice Details, Product Availibility, and Sales Analysis. The reports are available in Excel and PDF formats along with the web page HTML versions. There are also several modules that assist Hooker Furniture in preparation for the international and regional furniture markets.
